This position will be responsible for assembling, creating, and maintaining training programs for laboratories. These trainings will qualify as CE courses and will cover subjects such as safety, laboratory maintenance, quality control, IQCP, etc.
Must understand CLIA, CAP, and COLA regulations as to each subject’s requirements for the training. There will be a review process so some training will be available for regulation requirements. Must be familiar with PowerPoint and other programs will be available such as Talkia, Doodly, Adobe Suite, Prexi, InVideo, Canva, TypeForm, that can be learned as you work.
This is a project-by-project basis. Each one will include a training, quizzes associated with it, a trial process with a small group that will go through the training and provide feedback. There are some trainings (upwards of 90% of them) that will have speaking portions that you will need to record yourself doing the training. There will be 2-3 live trials before the product will be allowed to be released.
This is an independent contractor position. It can be done during any hours or any days and from home. There are milestones and deadlines that must be made. It is a flexible position, but please do not apply if you cannot stay within established deadlines and milestones. I provide bonuses for work completed early and there are deductions for work completed late. After two misses of deadlines the project is terminated.

This is the precision, accuracy, linearity, and correlation. The data is ready and I need it put into excel, numbers crunched and the summary report written.
